District 10 in San Jose Recognizes Tobin Gilman

District 10 and Council Member Matt Mahan recognize and appreciate Tobin Gilman for serving the D10 community on the city of San Jose's Charter Review Commission. Tobin spent many hours attending committee meetings with fellow commissioners and helping to write the final report presented to San Jose City Council on the new city charter.
